Processing Time

All Void Halo pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be made and dispatched.

During high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as each piece is made with care.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, or local postal service conditions.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, selected European countries, and Australia.

We only ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. If your country or region is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges upon arrival in your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Void Halo is not responsible for customs delays, additional charges, or packages returned due to unpaid customs fees.

We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an international order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at voidhalo.official@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Void Halo is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Void Halo is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unpaid customs fees, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Refunds for returned packages are not guaranteed and will be reviewed case by case.
