Every Void Halo piece is handcrafted with care. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage to the crystal beads
  • Original tags attached
  • Contact us first. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Damages & Quality Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a malfunctioning NFC chip, contact us within 14 days with photos or video. We will offer a free remake or full refund. The choice is yours.

Pro tip: We recommend filming your unboxing as this protects both parties.

Exchanges

To exchange, return your item once approved and place a new order separately.

European Union

EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unworn and tags are attached.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method once the return is received and approved.
