Each bracelet is tested before shipping to make sure the NFC feature works properly. Please make sure you are using a smartphone with NFC support, then try tapping the signature bead slowly against the NFC area of your phone. Phone NFC readers can vary by model, so you may need to try a few times around the top, center, or upper back of the phone. If you are still unable to open your bracelet after trying different positions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

It is simple. Tap your bracelet, enter the activation code included in your package, and follow the buttons on your personal page. Each order also includes an instruction card that explains how to activate your bracelet, use the features, and access your private space.

No. The NFC bead is passive, has no battery, and does not continuously emit signals. It only responds briefly when tapped by a compatible phone, similar to many everyday NFC cards and tags.

The Classic Edition brings you a different inspirational message with every tap, which you can edit and make your own. The Scripture Edition shows you a different Bible verse with every tap. Both editions include meditation audio and a private space for saving personal memories and photos.

The Scripture Edition uses the Berean Standard Bible (BSB) for English verses and the Reina Valera 1909 (RV1909) for Spanish verses.

Yes. You can update your message, memory, or personal content after activation.

To share a private space, each person should use their own bracelet and follow the activation instructions included with the order. Multiple bracelets can be connected to the same shared space, and they do not need to be the same design.

Natural variations in color, texture, and pattern are part of each piece’s character. Our logo beads are also engraved and hand-colored, giving every bracelet its own subtle handmade details.

No. Natural stones, crystals, and other natural materials may vary slightly in color, pattern, clarity, texture, and bead appearance. Small inclusions, mineral lines, surface marks, or subtle differences between beads are normal characteristics of natural materials. Because each logo bead is engraved and hand-colored, the logo finish may also have slight variations. These details are part of what makes each piece unique.

Yes. The bracelet is waterproof, and contact with water will not affect the NFC function. To preserve the appearance of natural materials and metal details, we still recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and long exposure to saltwater or chlorinated water.
